Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our high-performing, collaborative team to build on our leading position in the industry and help us to achieve our ambitious growth goals.

Who you are and what you’ll be doing

The ideal candidate will be a B2B all-rounder, creative, data-orientated and a solution-finder. Working from a busy schedule and reporting to the Marketing Director, you will bring to life the marketing plans for LonRes and LonRes-owned business, FCS Compliance.

You will plan, deliver and measure multi-channel campaigns and content programmes across the marketing funnel which drive demand, increase engagement and strengthen the brands in line with the overall business strategy. Working closely with PR, research and sales teams you will produce engaging activities that deliver commercial results – from product launches, system updates, and events, to the production of sales materials, editorial and research content, you will keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.

You will be:

  • a self-starter with a positive ‘can-do’ approach, ready to take on responsibility, operate flexibly and autonomously
  • a commercially focused, experienced campaign manager - with the creative and analytical skills to successfully plan, design and execute integrated campaigns and report on results
  • passionate about high-quality content, with experience of managing communication channels, including websites, social media (Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram) and newsletters
  • creative with basic design skills and be able to write engaging copy for a range of formats (eg. case studies, blogs, sellsheets, infographics, etc).
  • a confident proof-reader with editing skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • committed to high standards, consistency, and understand the importance of brand guidelines.
  • data-savvy and familiar with different analytics platforms with the ability to effectively track activity and inform the business on key learnings and insights
  • highly organised with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects to deadline and adapt swiftly when necessary
  • an innovative and creative problem-solver who is always looking to improve and add value
  • an excellent communicator and a natural team player who is eager to get involved and build relationships with colleagues across the business

What skills and experience we are looking for

  • 4-5 years+ in B2B marketing, ideally with an emphasis on digital activities
  • Proven record in integrated multi-channel campaign and content management (including email, DM, social, paid media, live events and webinars, SEO, etc)
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools (Marketo and Mailchimp preferred)
  • Experience in analysing, segmenting and managing data via CRMs (Dynamics preferred)
  • Experience in Google Marketing Platform – including Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Data Studio
  • Basic design skills, ideally using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator. Experience working with Infogram beneficial
  • Understanding of GDPR and PECR
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Experience with Drupal or Wordpress CMS systems beneficial
  • A background in the property market preferred but not essential
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
