As highlighted in our latest <a href=\"https:\/\/lonres.com\/public\/monthly-briefing-prime-london-market-november-2025\/\">Prime London Market Briefing<\/a>, transaction levels in October were down 39.8% compared with the same month last year. As Camilla Dell noted, <em data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"479\">&#8220;All the signs are pointing to us being at the end of the downcycle&#8221;.<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"761\">Jeremy McGivern of Mercury Property Search echoed this sentiment, describing the current landscape as a buyer-led environment: <em data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"761\">&#8220;It\u2019s a buyers\u2019 market&#8230;.<\/em><\/p><h6 data-start=\"2847\" data-end=\"3171\"><em>&#8220;&#8230;there are some good properties out there that can be bought at prices, that people would have killed you for in 2014 \u2013 2016.\u201d<\/em><\/h6><p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"942\">For Hannah Aykroyd, confidence in the market extends beyond professional instinct. She and her husband purchased a home this year, having deliberately waited for the right moment.<\/p><p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"942\">Liam Monaghan of LCP Private Office, also agrees that the market offers value, but notes that the low number of transactions across prime central London highlights a clear disconnect between buyer and seller expectations.
