The immaculate but anonymous show-home look that dominated property marketing for many years is beginning to give way to interiors with more warmth and personality.<\/p>\n    <p>Burbeck's report describes this as a move from \u201cstaged\u201d to \u201cstoried\u201d, the creation of spaces that suggest a lifestyle rather than simply demonstrate a function. In one example, a Kensington apartment had previously been marketed for several months using CGI imagery. Following physical staging and a relaunch at the same asking price, it sold at asking price within days.<\/p>\n      <p>It is one example rather than a universal formula, but it highlights an important difference between virtual and physical staging. Whilst CGI imagery can help create an image for launch, what a buyer experiences when they walk through the door is paramount.
