All three agents referenced this \u2014 a trend reflected in our Q1 2025 LonRes Agent Survey, which gathered responses from agents working across Kensington, Notting Hill and Holland Park. Charles observed that today\u2019s buyers tend to be \u201creally concentrated in what they\u2019re looking for\u201d, a sentiment that correlates to our data showing a 9.9% increase in transactions when comparing Q1 2025 with\u00a0 Q1 2024 figures for the area (Source: LonRes).<\/p><p>Dan, drawing on research from Savills, reported that prices in Notting Hill have risen by approximately 10% since the pandemic, outpacing many other parts of Prime Central London (Source: Savills Research).<\/p><p>\u201cGrowth since the pandemic far exceeds other parts of PCL.\u201d \u2013 Dan Martin<\/p><p>LonRes figures show a similar pattern. Since 2019:<\/p><ul><li>Flats in W11 have increased by 10.3%<\/li><li>Houses in W11 have risen by 5.4%<br \/>(Source: LonRes, 2019 vs. 2025)<\/li><\/ul><p>Looking at responses from our survey, when agents were asked \u201c<em>What is your house price forecast for your area in 2025?<\/em>\u201d Roughly 48% predicted a rise, with 24% of respondents anticipating the market to remain the same.
