It holds the largest hard copy archive of sales transactions dating back comprehensively to 1986 and the first and only lettings archive dating back to 2005. Via its subsidiaries, Databiens.com and Negobiens,com, it has provided a similar service to agents and notaries in the Paris market since April 2006. LonRes employs approximately 40 staff based in their offices in Battersea Square.
