PrimeResi PrimeResi interviews LonRes Director, Anthony Payne about ResCheck, a new agent-to-agent anti-money laundering (AML) compliance service available to LonRes subscribers. Anthony explains how, following discussions with HMRC, LonRes began working with city law firm (and AML specialist) Eversheds on a service that ensures agents are complying with their AML obligations - specifically those that relate to a sub-agent carrying out client due diligence on a head agent prior to viewing a property.
