Prime Resi Following a four-year hiatus, the LonRes Summer Party returned to Belgrave Square last week. A gloriously balmy evening saw the prime resi industry convene once again after the extraordinary events of the recent past, and toast the winners of the coveted LonRes Awards. Announced by the firm’s chairman, William Carrington, the trophies were awarded to subscribers achieving the top sales and lettings recorded on the platform over the previous year.
