Inside the December issue

  • Sales update: November 2020 recorded a 17% increase in the number of properties going under offer, implying that the second lockdown did not appear to dampen buyer's appetites to secure a prime London home.
  • Lettings update: LonRes data reveals that 3% more properties were let between September and November compared to the same period a year ago. November 2020 also recoded 12% more new lets than the same month in 2019.
