Report Highlights:

Sales market

At the end of March there were 9.7% more homes for sale across prime London than a year earlier.
After falling back slightly in 2023, the value premium for houses versus flats has stayed above pre-pandemic levels, at 11.9% in Q1.

Lettings market

Rental growth stabilised in Q1 2024 after slowing from the 20%+ peak seen in 2022.
New lettings instructions grew by 14.4% in Q1 2024 on an annual basis.
