Q2 2015 sales data – LonRes data shows that transactions across prime London are down 22.7% on the same time last year and that prices on a £psf basis are down 0.9% on Q2 2014.

Q2 2015 lettings data – average weekly rents across prime London have increased by 7.4 % compared to Q2 2014 and agents report a 54% increase in new applicants since the election.
