What is LonRes event sponsorship?
LonRes event sponsorship puts a supplier’s brand in the room at the property networking events where prime London’s agents meet, from the flagship Summer Party in Belgrave Square to the Mix and Mingle events across London. It is open only to firms listed in the LonRes Referrals Directory, and it is built for long-term recognition rather than a quick lead.

Participation in the LonRes Referrals Directory is a prerequisite for sponsoring any LonRes event. A listing puts your firm in front of more than 5,000 vetted prime London property professionals all year, and sponsorship puts you in the room with them.

One flagship, a series of localised Mix and Mingle events and occasional special events, each open to Referrals Directory members.
The LonRes Summer Party
The social event of the year for London estate agency. Around 800 of the best-known property professionals in the market, all LonRes subscribers, gather in the gardens of Belgrave Square.
For suppliers, sponsorship is the only way in. Sponsorship packages run from a Referrals Directory Sponsor place, with your logo on the sponsor wall and a page in the directory booklet handed out at the party, up to Associate and Premier positions with branded stations in the marquee and category ownership.
LonRes Mix and Mingle
A series of localised events through the year, hosted by LonRes for senior professionals and decision makers on the platform. Up to 400 are invited and more than 100 attend.
Sponsors are positioned as “brought to you by” across every touchpoint: the invitation, the members’ platform, the event itself and the thank-you email. Sponsor a single event or the whole series.
The LonRes Resi Rally
A classic-car drive out of London through the English countryside to the Goodwood Estate for lunch, with a select guest list of around 40 leading figures from the prime London market.
One sponsor only, with two guest places for your team and exclusive positioning across the day. The date is to be announced.
More than one event
The Summer Party Referrals Directory package and the full Mix and Mingle series can be combined into one annual package: a year in front of the network.

Three steps. Places are limited at every event, so the earlier the conversation starts, the more choice you have.
Join the Referrals Directory
A Referrals Directory listing is the prerequisite for every sponsorship, and it keeps you in front of members between events.
Choose your events
The Summer Party, one or more Mix and Mingles, a special event, or a combination across the year.
Agree the details
LonRes agrees placement, materials and branding with you. Sponsor articles are approved by LonRes and must be useful to the LonRes audience.

1.Who can sponsor a LonRes event?
Only firms listed in the LonRes Referrals Directory. A Referrals Directory listing is a prerequisite for sponsoring any LonRes event, and it puts suppliers in front of more than 5,000 vetted prime London property professionals between events as well. Sponsorship then adds a presence in the room at the events themselves.
2.Can suppliers attend the LonRes Summer Party without sponsoring?
No. Attendance at the LonRes Summer Party is available to service providers exclusively through sponsorship. The party is held each June in Belgrave Square, and its guests are around 800 LonRes subscribers from across the London residential market. Summer Party sponsorship packages include tickets for the sponsor’s own staff.
3.What is a LonRes Mix and Mingle?
A localised networking event hosted by LonRes for senior professionals and decision makers on the platform, held in different parts of London through the year. Up to 400 people are invited, more than 100 attend, and each event takes a maximum of five sponsors.
4.What do LonRes event sponsors receive?
It depends on the event and package. Benefits include promotion before, during and after the event, branding on site, places for your team, the opportunity to address the room, space to share your own merchandise, professional photography, a video interview at Mix and Mingle, and an article on the LonRes public site.
