The Referrals Directory is a vetted list of service providers inside the LonRes platform, used by more than 5,000 prime London property professionals. When an agent needs a surveyor, broker, lawyer or contractor for a client, they find one here and send the referral through LonRes. Listed suppliers offer a fee on the business they receive.

How does a referral reach you?
Four steps, all inside the platform. There is no lead form to watch and no separate inbox.
You are listed
Your firm appears under the categories you work in, with your coverage, your contacts and the fee you offer on referred business.
A member needs a supplier
An agent mid-transaction needs a survey, a mortgage, a lease reviewed or a property readied for market. They open the directory from the platform.
They refer through LonRes
The agent sends the opportunity to you through the system with the context attached. Nothing is sold on or shared with anyone else.
You do the work
You deal with the client directly, on your own terms. LonRes introduces you and stays out of the way.
The referral fee
Listed suppliers offer a fee on business that members refer to them. How much is up to you: the referral fee is left to the discretion of each supplier.

Who belongs in the Referrals Directory?
Any firm that prime London agents rely on during a live transaction and would recommend to a client. If an agent would put your name in front of a vendor, buyer, landlord or tenant, you belong here.

No. LonRes began in central London in 2000 and now includes agents across the UK, prime country firms and international members. If your service reaches prime London clients, location is not the constraint.

Can listed suppliers sponsor LonRes events?
Yes, and only listed suppliers can. A Referrals Directory listing is the prerequisite for sponsoring any LonRes event. The listing gets you found; sponsorship puts your name in the room at the property networking events where those agents meet.
- Summer PartyThe flagship. Held each June in Belgrave Square for around 800 LonRes subscribers. Suppliers attend only as sponsors.
- Mix and MingleA series of localised events through the year, with up to five sponsors at each, so no brand is lost in the crowd.
- Special eventsSuch as the Resi Rally, a classic-car drive to the Goodwood Estate for around 40 leading professionals, with one sponsor.
Sponsors are promoted before, during and after each event, bring their team, receive professional photography and are featured on LonRes channels.

The referral fee is left to the discretion of each supplier. You decide what to offer on business that LonRes members refer to you, and it sits on your listing alongside your categories and coverage, so members know what to expect before they send an opportunity your way.
5.How do LonRes members send a referral?
Members open the referrals area inside the platform they already use to trade property, find the supplier they need and send the opportunity through the LonRes system with the context attached. There is no separate portal, no lead inbox to monitor and no third party handling the introduction.
6.Do I need to be based in London to be listed?
No. LonRes began in central London in 2000 and the network now includes leading agents across the UK, prime country firms and international members. If your service reaches prime London clients, you can be listed wherever your offices are, in London, the home counties or further afield.
7.Is the Referrals Directory visible to the public?
No. The directory sits behind the LonRes login and is visible only to vetted members. That is deliberate: listings are read by qualified buyers of your service at the moment they need it, rather than competing for attention on the open web.
8.Can I sponsor a LonRes event without a listing?
No. A Referrals Directory listing is a prerequisite for sponsoring any LonRes event, including the Summer Party in Belgrave Square and the Mix and Mingle events. For suppliers, sponsorship is also the only way to attend the Summer Party. Listed suppliers can sponsor a single event or several across the year.
