Michael Harte has stepped up to become Manager of Sales at Harrods Estates’ flagship Knightsbridge office, having been with the estate agency since 2017. Read here.
Carter Jonas has appointed Dominic Bruneau as its National Head of Residential Sales – a newly-created role to oversee its network of 14 resi sales teams across the UK. Bruneau previously worked at insurance firm Aviva UK, London estate agency Dexters, Home Counties firm Bourne Estate Agents, and most recently as an agency training consultant. Read here.
Seasoned North London estate agent Adam Nachman has launched a boutique property company in Hampstead Village: ADN Residential aims to “redefine the traditional agency model” by becoming “a one-stop-shop for property owners and developers across all areas of London.” Services include sales, lettings and property management, plus investments and design & build.
Nachman’s team comprises full-time staff and self-employed consultants, including broker David Kalms, former Knight Franker Steven Gilbery, buying agent Salil Joshi, and operations specialist Phoebe Davies.Read here.
Knight Frank has installed a new Head of Sales at its office in Richmond. Edward Adler, who joined KF eight years ago from Winkworth and was promoted to Partner in 2023, has been the firm’s highest-billing negotiator in SW London. Read here.
Jennie Elliott has returned to Knight Frank as a Partner to lead the Super Prime Property Management team in Prime Central London. She started out in property management with John D Wood in 2001, going on to work with Knight Frank, Savills and Eccord. Read here.
Three top Prime London agents have moved from Savills to Mayfair-based brokerage UK Sotheby’s International Realty: Tom Wilson, Mark Redfern and Alister Sherwood. Read here.
UK Sotheby’s International Realty has launched a new end-to-end offering for super-prime buyers and owners in key international wealth hubs. UAE-based Emmanuel Aymes is in charge, having joined the firm at the end of last year. Read here.
Ryan Stokes has moved from UK Sotheby’s International Realty, where he was a director, to self-employed brokerage Harding Green. He was previously a Partner at Knight Frank. Read here.
Jonny Kiddle has taken over as Head of Savills’ South Coast Development team, stepping into the shoes of Colin Wilkins – who led the department for the last 20 years and will “continue to play an integral role within the agency team”. Savills has appointed a new head of lettings in Barnes. Harry Burge steps up to the role, having joined Savills in 2022 as an associate in the Richmond lettings team. Read here.

High-end property agency OB Private has recruited Joe Mason, formerly of Savills Knightsbridge and Sloane Street, to its team in Mayfair (which is led by former Knight Franker Harvey Cyzer). Read here.
Longstanding Wiltshire Winkworth franchisees Lisa and Simon Jacobs have acquired independent sales and lettings agency Jordan & Mason in Salisbury. Read here.
Connells Group – which owns estate agency brands including Hamptons and John D Wood – has overhauled its senior leadership team. In the estate agency division: Chief Executive Ian Fry, National Managing Director Giles Hart, and Chief Operating Officer Anthony Glasgow, have all left the company with immediate effect. Managing Director of mortgage services Stuart Dare has also gone. In their places: Chris Rosindale steps up to become COO of estate agency; Marc Lightfoot is now Group Mortgage Services Director; Ian Culbert continues to lead Connells Groups’ lettings business. Specialist central London agency Lurot Brand has recruited Oliver Cooper as Lettings Manager. He spent the last 12 years with Knight Frank in Wimbledon, and before that worked with Hamptons in Richmond, and Alexander Reed in Isleworth. Read here.
Bidwells has recruited former Savills man Iain Powis to drive its new homes offering in and around Oxfordshire. The property consultancy, already the largest in the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, is looking to significantly grow its resi operation, and double the size of the entire firm by 2030. Read here.
Buying Agencies
Well-known buying agent Jess Simpson has teamed up with Strutt & Parker’s long-standing former national farm & estate agency chief, Matt Sudlow, to launch a new start-up. Stoneacre Advisors offers bespoke advice to private clients on high-value, complex, rural property transactions – including country estates, commercial farms and prime country houses. Read here.
Paddy Pritchard-Gordon has joined Savills-owned buying agency Prime Purchase after 24 years at Knight Frank, to cover eastern counties including East Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridge, Suffolk and Norfolk. Sarah Broughton, who has historically covered East Anglia for Prime Purchase, will continue as a consultant to the business. Alex Oliver, who has been covering East Anglia since joining the firm from Black Brick, is moving over to the London team. Read here.

Residential property management giant Odevo has appointed Claire Shepherd as its new UK CEO. She joined the firm (which manages over 1.5 million homes under brands including Rendall & Rittner, Premier Estates, Trinity Property Group, The Vegner Group, Pinnacle Property Management and Encore) as UK COO last year. Design
International architecture practice Studio PDP, which has designed many super-prime projects in central London, has named three new Partners – doubling the size of its top table in “a significant milestone” for the business. Luke Richardson-Brown, Matthew Jones and Rebecca Campbell (who have each been PDP for more than decade) step up to join existing Partners Alec Howard, Andrew Davidson and Pedro Roos. At the same time, seven employees have been promoted to Associate level: Andres Hernandez, Chin Lye, Jokin Asiain, Leslie van der Veen, Rasa Pravilone, Ron Villamor, and Santiago Rizo Zambrano. Emma Cariaga has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer British Land Plc, taking over from David Walker, who recently became CFO. She was previously Joint Head of the firm’s flagship Canada Water scheme in SE London. Read here.
Grosvenor’s UK property business has installed Jane Jenrick as Residential Director for its London Estate. She has moved from US-based private equity firm Warwick Investment Group, where she oversaw the London Real Estate Fund, and previously spent a decade at John D Wood & Co, as Head of Lettings. After being acquired last year, Colina Sanders’ bridging lender Tuscan Capital has rebranded under its parent company’s identity, becoming “fully integrated” into Allica Bank. At the same time, the newly-rebranded bridging business has expanded with a batch of new hires: Scott McClymont has moved from Signature Finance to become Business Development Manager for Scotland; Andy Reeder has been promoted to Business Development Manager for the Home Counties; John Craig has been promoted to lead the client services department.
