Former UK Sotheby’s International Realty Managing Partner Claire Reynolds has joined Strutt & Parker, in a newly-created: UK Head of Sales. Reynolds built her career with a 19-year spell at Savills, rising to become Co-Head of Prime Central London, before joining UK SIR in 2023 to lead a rapid growth drive. She is now tasked with driving national sales for S&P, with a particular focus on prime and super-prime London. Read more.
John D Wood & Co has appointed Daniel Fisher as its new Head of Lettings, to lead the division across London and country offices. Fisher spent the last ten years at Chestertons, rising to Regional Director for the North and East London region. He previously held lettings manager positions at Greene & Co and Foxtons. Read more.
DDRE Global has expanded into the North West of England, appointing Dalya Perry-Bernstein as regional lead. Existing DDRE advisors Benji Weinberger and Oliver Ingles also join in the “tactical expansion” around Cheshire, Merseyside, the Wirral, and Greater Manchester. Read more.
Savills has appointed Louis Keighley as its new Head of Global Residential Development Consultancy. The London-based branded residence specialist has been with the firm for eight years. Read more.
Ed Boden has moved from Strutt & Parker in Prime Central London to Savills, where he will lead the sales operation in Guildford, Surrey. Read more.
Knight Frank has opened an office in Windsor, installing Sion Colenso (formerly of Dexters) as Head of Windsor Sales from Dexters. Read more.
Knight Frank has also opened a new outpost in East Anglia. Georgie Veale is in charge of the new Woodbridge office in Suffolk, having previously worked in the firm’s London-based Farms & Estates division. Read more.
Declan Selbo has stepped up to lead Knight Frank’s super-prime sales offering in North London. He’s been with the firm for the last ten years, rising through the ranks in St John’s Wood and becoming one of the area’s top deal-makers. Read more.
Fine & Country has opened a new office in West Yorkshire’s Calder Valley, run by franchisees Wendy Knight and Elizabeth Dinnis. Read more.
United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has hired PCL broker Joe Mason. Mason previously worked at Savills, Marsh & Parsons and, most recently, OB Private. Read more.
Estate agency consolidator Lomond has named a new Chair of the Board: former WH Smith CEO Kate Swann will take over from founder and current Chair Stuart Pender. Read more.
Boutique central London estate agency Draker has been “integrated” into 60+ branch Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, following acquisitions of both companies by Lomond within the last nine months. The two brands have been combined into “one powerful agency”; Lomond says “familiar faces from the teams remain in place, but will now be working alongside one another, stronger together.” Read more.
Lomond has also bought Putney-based lettings specialist Glenthorne Properties, in its sixth estate London agency acquisition within the last 12 months. Glenthorne has been operating for the last 38 years, led by founder Stephen Giddings – who will “take a well-earned step back from the property world after handing over the reins.” The agency will be “consolidated” into Lomond’s London flagship brand, KFH. Expanding broker house Harding Green has recruited Robert Mosgrove to lead a new business development department. Mosgrove spent the last 22 years at Foxtons then Chestertons, leading client services operations at both firms. Read more.
Prime Central London specialist Kitty Halley has signed to Harding Green. The Savills and Wetherell alumna is now a self-employed broker under the HG banner, covering the Hertfordshire and Mayfair markets, from a base in Harpenden. Read more.
Harding Green has also attracted Hamptons, Chestertons and Pastor alumnus Philip Cook – who takes the brand into Scotland while continuing to deal in PCL properties. Read more.
Longstanding Winkworth franchisees Michael Foldvari and James Hathaway have picked up another branch, buying the Newbury office to run alongside their existing outpost in Reading. The plan is to keep the Newbury office on Northbrook Street, along with its existing team. Alun Graham has been appointed to focus on the prime country market, and Matthew Bates (former MD of Berkshire and Oxfordshire agents Davis Tate) joins as network manager. Read more.

Mark Crampton has rejoined Savills-owned buying agency Prime Purchase, coming in as a Director after a 15-year spell with Middleton Advisors. Crampton has spent the last 19 years as a buying agent in the South East region, including roles with Property Vision, Prime Purchase then Middleton Advisors. Now back at PP, he is focusing on the Surrey, West Sussex and Berkshire patch. Read more.
