The 2026 Awards
A data-driven celebration of London's best
The 2026 LonRes Awards were announced in front of an invited guest list of several hundred property professionals at the LonRes Summer Party, held on Wednesday 24 June in Belgrave Square.
The awards recognise the estate agency branches and buying agents achieving the top sales and lettings recorded on LonRes over the 12 months from the beginning of June 2025 to the end of May 2026. This year, for the first time, brokers and buying agents have also been recognised — with broker awards made for the greatest number of deals by volume, by value, and for the single highest-value deal.
The 2026 LonRes Awards were presented in association with The London Magazine, and announced by Anthony Payne, CEO of LonRes, and William Carrington, Chairman of LonRes.
