Kate Eales has moved from Strutt & Parker to join Daniel Daggers’ DDRE Global as Head of UK Agency. Eales was Deputy Head of Residential at S&P, in charge of a 40-office network. Daggers says her appointment marks “a new era” for the super-prime brokerage. Read more

Jack Mogridge has joined United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty in Central London. He’s moved from Knight Frank, where he was a Partner in charge of £3mn+ sales in Marylebone. Read more

UK SIR has also opened a new office, in Wimbledon, following recent launches in Kensington and Knightsbridge. The firm’s SW19 team includes James Morrison, Sam Sproston, James Williams, Peter Norgrove, Alex Philo, Drew Zendra, Robert Sanderson and Tacita Rolls. Read more

Well-known prime London agent Robert Sturges has set up a new estate agency in Fulham. Sturges London offers residential sales, lettings and property management services across Central and South West London, from an office in Parson’s Green. Sturges was previously Regional Director at Chestertons, most recently running the Central and Prime Central London regions. Read more

John D. Wood & Co. has recruited Shaun Lloyd-Griffiths as its new Head of Client Services. Lloyd-Griffiths moves from Foxtons, where he spent nearly 15 years rising through the ranks to Divisional Manager and then Director of Operations. Read more

Boutique PCL agency Russell Simpson has recruited Beau McCarty to work in its recently opened Mayfair branch. He spent the last six years as Director of Trinity Private Office, and previously did spells in Prime London sales for Savills, Knight Frank and Marsh & Parsons. Read more

Strutt & Parker has made two senior appointments to its London-based National Country House Department, recruiting James Machell and James Robinson from Savills and Knight Frank respectively. Machell is on board as a Director, focusing on the East Hampshire and South Surrey patch. Robinson has re-joined Strutts as a Senior Associate Director, tasked with growing the BNP Paribas-owned agency’s country house team presence in the Midlands. Read more

Savills has expanded its London-based Country House Department, bringing in Helen O’Riordan to handle top-end sales across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire. O’Riordan has been with the firm since 2023, having joined from Bidwells. Read more

Savills has made a brace of senior appointments in East London, promoting Jen Holmes to Head of Sales at its Hackney office, and James Martin to Selling Manager in Victoria Park. Read more

In Devon, Savills has added two senior agents to its Exeter-based residential team: Director Greg Crosse has moved from Knight Frank’s Home Counties operation to handle prime property sales in and around Exeter, into East Devon and Dartmoor. Associate Director Tim Jones was a Board Director at South Hams specialist Marchand Petit, and is now focusing on the Salcombe and Dartmouth area with Savills. Read more

Savills has also named Paul Roberts as its new Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand. Roberts previously held senior positions at Knight Frank, Dexus and Lendlease. Read more

Fine & Country has expanded its footprint in the North of England, signing Jonathan Parkinson as a franchisee in Manchester. Parkinson also launched Fine & Country Fylde Coast earlier this year. Read more

Expanding estate agency group LRG has promoted Daniel Collis to Managing Director of Sales, tasked with overseeing the Chancellors, Gibbs Gillespie and Portico brands, and with “supporting integration” of new business acquisitions. Read more

Cushman & Wakefield has installed Ben Cullen as its new Head of UK & Ireland. Cullen has stepped up after nearly 24 years with the real estate consultancy, having joined in 2001 and Partner in 2016. He succeeds George Roberts, who is leaving the firm. Read more

Self-employed estate agency Moveli has signed Sam Pagett as a broker in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Pagett was until recently Head of Department at Savills Cheltenham. Read more

Prime property brokerage Harding Green has added Charles McCosh to its platform. McCosh is now covering the Buckinghamshire area as part of Jack Graham-Lindsey’s team. He was previously a Director with Savills in Edinburgh, and also worked for Marsh & Parsons in London and for Rettie in Scotland. Read more

Moveli has signed up two more brokers to its network: Michael Fredriksson is now a freelance broker covering Devon and Cornwall; his previous roles include running Northwood Exeter for over 14 years. Kim Jones has joined the firm in South-East London, having previously headed up sales at Winkworth in Crystal Palace. Read more

Mark Breffit, whose CV includes senior roles at Dexters, Knight Frank and Hamptons Private Office, has launched a new estate agency/proptech venture. KnokKnok is described as “part creative agency, part tech platform, part social brand.” Read more

One of Prime Central London’s best-known super-prime agents has launched his own independent firm. Charles Lloyd Real Estate specialises in high-value off-market sales and acquisitions in the capital. Lloyd – also known as “Mr Mayfair” – previously held senior positions at Beauchamp Estates, Savills and CBRE (where he co-founded the Private Office). Read more

Property, travel and lifestyle agency OB Private has recruited Keir Waddell to lead a new Development & Investment division. Waddell has moved from Strutt & Parker, where he ran the London New Homes Sales and Private Client departments. He previously spent over seven years at Knight Frank, where he was a Partner and led the Battersea & Riverside team. Read more

Buying agency Haringtons UK has added Katie Neale to its team sheet, to cover prime and super-prime property searches in North London and around the northern Home Counties. Neale moves from DDRE Global, which she joined earlier this year, having previously been a Regional Partner for Garrington Property Finders. Read more

Chelsea-based architecture and interiors studio McLaren Excell has named Chris Savva as its new Managing Director. Savva was formerly Associate Director at Buckley Gray Yeoman. Read more

SA Law has installed a new Head of Residential Conveyancing: Catherine Banks takes over from Steve Kenneford, who retires after two decades with the firm. Banks was previously with Tees Law. Read more
