A note of thanks

A few drinks in the sun

We wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who joined us at this year's LonRes Summer Party. The party is, of course, a wonderful opportunity for a few drinks in the sun with colleagues and friends — but to us, it represents a whole lot more.

And what sun it was. This year's party landed on one of the hottest days of the summer, with Belgrave Square basking in soaring temperatures. The heat did nothing to dampen spirits — if anything, the cold drinks, shade of the gardens and good company were all the more welcome for it.

One of the foundations on which LonRes is built, and thrives on, is collaboration: the belief that more can be achieved working together than in opposition. For the London property industry, no event encapsulates this more than the Summer Party. It brings together the largest global players alongside the most curated, boutique agencies in Belgrave Square — to make new connections, catch up with old friends and, without a doubt, collaborate on a few deals.

It was a wonderful opportunity to meet face to face with so many of our subscribers, and to witness first-hand the power of LonRes in bringing people together — a testament to the strength and efficacy of the network.
